1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Beetjee. By accessing or using any part of the Beetjee platform — including the website at beetjee.net, our mobile-optimised interface, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, place any bets, or use any service offered by Beetjee. Your continued use of the Beetjee platform after any update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated version.

Beetjee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email or a platform notification. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Beetjee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Beetjee takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will verify the age of any member where there is reasonable cause to do so.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations by corporations, trusts, or automated bots are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Any intentionally false information will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of Beetjee or any of its affiliated companies.

Beetjee reserves the right to ask any member to provide identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or proof of ownership for the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Beetjee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that takes place under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Beetjee support immediately at support@beetjee.net.

• Keep your password strong and unique. Do not use the same password you use for email or banking apps.
• Never log in to your Beetjee account from a shared or public computer without logging out fully afterwards.
• Update your registered email address promptly if it changes, so you continue to receive important account communications.
• Ensure your registered payment details are accurate to avoid deposit and withdrawal delays.

Beetjee will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from Beetjee that requests your password should be reported to us immediately and ignored.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Beetjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistan-local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Beetjee platform:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Beetjee does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected, but we aim to process all requests within 24 hours on business days.
• Beetjee reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Beetjee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated when the bonus is claimed.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and specific slots may contribute at different rates. Check the individual offer terms for details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Beetjee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules that apply across the platform are as follows:

• Bets are confirmed and binding once you have clicked the confirm button and received a bet confirmation reference number. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.
• Beetjee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• For cricket betting, Beetjee follows the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, etc.) in determining match outcomes. In the event of a match abandonment, individual market rules will apply as stated on the betting page.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Minor delays between the live event and the platform feed are normal. Beetjee is not responsible for any bets placed based on information the member already knew at the time of placement.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day may be subject to limits at Beetjee's discretion, particularly for special events or jackpot markets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Beetjee platform. Engaging in any of these actions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their explicit permission.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino environments.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate it on your behalf.
